Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Data-link Group GW1000-ABE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Linear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dayton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Linear such as the 2H495 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M5031 manufactured by Dec and we are pleased to be able to service most Dec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4Z829B by Manufacturer Dayton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Daytronic Brand 9110T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by David-Brown such as C0531315TAAU1 equipment made by David-Brown have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire David-Brown products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "David-Brown" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S94281800 by Datametrics and C0531315TAAU1 spares by David-Brown are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6K974C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton.
